- Log in to Your Account: Navigate to the site and open your profile.
- Access the Member Menu:
- For Desktop Users: Click on the photo avatar in the top right corner of your profile, next to the settings icon.
- For Mobile and App Users: Tap the three lines on the top left and select 'My Profile.'
- Select 'Switch Off Profile': You will be directed to a page with options to deactivate or delete your account.
- Choose Your Option:
- Option 1: Deactivate Account – This temporarily deactivates your profile. You can reactivate it at any time by clicking the "Reactivate Me" button.
- Option 2: Delete Account – This will permanently delete your profile after 30 days. You may reactivate your profile within this 30-day window if you change your mind. After the 30-day period, your information cannot be retrieved.
- Provide a Reason: You will be prompted to provide a reason for deactivating or deleting your profile.
- Confirm Your Choice: Click the 'Switch Off' button to finalize the process.
Additional Options:
- Manage Notifications: If you’re overwhelmed with notifications, you can turn them off.
- Hide Your Profile: This option allows you to hide your profile and control who can contact you.
